Shipping of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 to 72 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. They are shipped with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped with a signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery, as it will incur additional costs. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
